- These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the "Customer") and Yodigispace, a brand of Citi Telecommunications Int LLC ("Yodigispace", "we", "us", "our") for your use, subscription or purchase of YodsBMS, including its hosted (SaaS) and on-premise versions.
- This Agreement begins on the date you (a) accept these Terms by accepting "I agree", or (b) purchase a subscription, whichever is earlier, and remains in force until terminated as set out below (the "Term").
- At the end of the initial subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods of equal length unless either party gives prior written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the renewal date.
- By subscribing to, accessing or using YodsBMS, you agree to comply with these Terms and all related policies, including our Privacy & Confidentiality Policy.
