In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Account" means your user account registered in the YodsBMS system.
- "Documentation" means the user manuals, online help or other published materials describing the operation and features of the Service.
- "Customer Data" means all electronic data, documents and content that you or your authorized users upload, process or store within the Service.
- "Service Level Agreement" or "SLA" refers to any service-availability commitment we provide under specific Subscription Plan (if applicable).
- "Subscription Fees" means the recurring or one-time fees payable by you for access to the Service and related support, as described in your order form or invoice.
- "Subscription Plan" refers to the selected level of service that defines the modules included, the number of authorized users and any usage limits or customization options, as specified in your order form.
In addition to standard SaaS subscriptions, Yodigispace also offers customized YodsBMS packages, which are billed separately based on the scope and degree of customization requested by the client.
Beyond the SaaS model, YodsBMS may also be purchased as an on-premise solution, installed on the client's own server infrastructure. In such cases a separate Service Contract shall be signed between the parties and maintenance, updates and user training shall be provided as outlined in the service contract executed before activation.
- "Software" refers to the YodsBMS platform, including its modules, updates, enhancements and all related technology provided by Yodigispace.
- "User" or "Authorized User" means any individual granted access to the Service under your Subscription Plan.
- "Order Form" means the written, digital or online document specifying your Subscription Plan, pricing, modules and duration of service.
